Class Tour Rent-A-Car offers the following payment options:

1. Cash payment - you can pay the cash rental amount at any time until the rental contract is signed. Payment in cash can be made in RON, EUR, USD and GBP;

2. Payment by card - you can pay the rent with a credit or debit card;

3. Payment by PO (payment order) - payment by PO can be made on the basis of the tax invoice issued by Class Tour Rent-A-Car until the due date established in the rental contract.

In case of damage caused to the car or in the event of any damage caused to a third party, while the car is driven by a driver that is not mentioned in the rental contract, the supplementary insurance eventually concluded, is not applicable. In such a situation you will have to compensate Class Tour Rent-A-Car for all the damages that are due to you, especially for those caused to the car.

The rental contract and the delivery / receipt sheet (Annex) specifies the possible visible damage attributable to the car, the number of kilometers on board and the fuel level provided at the time of renting. When taking the car check that its condition corresponds to that described in the rental documents. If you find a fault that has not been mentioned in the rental agreement, you must ask the Class Tour Rent-A-Car staff to rectify the rental agreement and the delivery / receipt sheet. Otherwise, Class Tour Rent-A-Car will not consider any subsequent claims for visible damages attributable. Check if the registration certificate and the RCA insurance policy are present on the car. If they are missing, ask the Class Tour Rent-A-Car staff.

 You undertake to comply with the safety conditions established by the manufacturer, in particular the maximum capacity specific to each car with regard to the number of occupants and / or the weight of the luggage or goods transported ("payload").

 During the rental and depending on the number of kilometres travelled, you are committed to checking the condition of the car (the level of the coolant, the level of the engine oil, the tire pressure). For this purpose, you must comply with any signal issued by the lights in the dashboard of the car and take the necessary measures, if any (especially the emergency stop). Also, Class Tour Rent-A-Car personnel should be notified regarding any lights lit in the dashboard of the car.

During parking, you commit to lock the car and put all your personal belongings in the trunk.

 As a user of the car, during the rental you are liable legally and financially in case of non-observance of the legislation in force and you have the obligation to pay within the terms provided by law and the fines issued by any authorized institution. Failure to comply with the legislation in force refers strictly to the user / driver; does not in any case refer to the car or the owner of the car.
